The digital services department manages all images created and/or held by Hillwood in any and all formats. The department currently manages nearly 200,000 digital assets and continues to convert items from its physical collections on a regular basis.

Requests to publish or otherwise use assets in Hillwood's collections are submitted via the form below and are then processed and handled by the Digital Services Archivist. Please note that press or media professionals should contact our marketing department.

Requests are reviewed on an individual basis and should be submitted at least four weeks prior to the date files are needed. Due to a high volume of requests, we kindly ask that you allow 2-3 weeks for your initial request to be processed.
