Before the films begin, relax in the gardens and enjoy a picnic on the lawn. Sandwiches, drinks, and snacks will be available for purchase from Merriweather To-Go at the Merriweather Café.

Embark on an adventure of your own as you explore Hillwood's gardens with a printed treasure hunt and make your own mixed media collage artwork, inspired by the gardens, to take home.

Bring pajamas, pillows, blankets, and cushions from home to get cozy as you head indoors and settle in for the film screening. Enjoy a selection of award-winning, family-friendly short films, including:

5:30-8:00 p.m. | Art Project

7:00-8:00 p.m. | Short Film Screening

• Seating for the film screening is first come, first served in the visitor center theater, Dina Merrill pavilion, C.W. Post center, and Merriweather rooms.

All activities take place rain or shine. Film screenings are located indoors and the art project takes place under the shelter of the C.W. Post courtyard tent.
