The archives and special collections department manages all images created by and/or held by Hillwood in digital, film transparency, print, lantern, plastic, and glass slide formats. The department currently manages over 15,000 digital assets and is continually creating more materials in digital format. 

Additionally, the archives and special collections department manages all permission requests from external individuals and organizations to publish or otherwise use assets owned by Hillwood in academic publications and exhibitions. Please note that press or media professionals should contact our marketing department.
