About this object

Candelabra in many sections. Gilt bronze plinth has border of acroteria. On this rests a rectangular section in glass with a strawberry diamond pattern. Above this is a gilt bronze section in several steps. On this rests a large column of glass cut in a strawberry diamond pattern with a gilt bronze base and capital. Corinthian type capital with leaves, each attached separately. On this in gilt bronze is an acanthus plant from which springs in the center a tall torch and round it five candleholders with acanthus leaves and other decoration.
