Hillwood’s most significant art acquisition in recent times is an extremely rare example of Russian Tula steel to mark the memory of beloved curator Anne Odom. The purchase of a magnificent steel candlestick encrusted with ornamentation in steel, silver and gold was made possible with Hillwood acquisition funds in association with the generous support of the Collectors Circle.
