Gold cross pattée with red enameled arms outlined in black. Central obverse medallion shows ermine mantle with initials CB for St. Vladimir on a black enamel background. Reverse also black with founding date 22 September 1782 (in Cyrillic) in gold. Ribbon has black, red, black in equal stripes.
