About this object

Eight pointed white metal, silver plate?, star in the center of which is a brass medallion with the initials S.A. in Rococo style topped by an imperial crown which still bears traces of dark red enamel. This is surrounded by a rose colored band in enamel containing a motto. Separated at the bottom by an imperial crown and two laurel branches, the branches in green enamel.
