About this object

Bowl rests on a round pedestal foot which is plain except for a narrow stamped band of stylized leaves. There is a wide band of diagonal repousse ridges around the ballooned top of the bowl. Below this is a plain section which constitutes the bottom of the bowl engraved with a shield with two crowns, a cross and two branches.
