The pair of vases bulge outward in the center and narrow at the two ends. The central band is carved with a continuous landscape showing rocks, trees, houses and people. The top and bottom of the vases flare outward and are smooth. The central band has a decorative edging of a series of Xs. They stand on wooden bases that are plain.
