The flattened flask bottle is carved in relief, with some details in the round. On one side is a man on a donkey followed by a young man. Around them and above are flowering trees which go around the sides and to the back. On the back is a dog. The cap like cover is carved in cameo with a large petaled flower on a stem. It is pink in color.
