Letter, in Russian, reads in translation as follows: Monsieur Count Munich, by the present letter, I inform you that all objects brought by General Baur's mistress, as well as her retinue, are exempted from taxes and custom duties. Signed Catherine. Given this day the 14th of ? 1770 I include also the silver service which will be brought in the spring. Received on the 18th December 1770.
