Granted by Alexander III to Mathieu Mavrocorto. Cover in greenish velvet with cut designs in corners. First page is written in gold letters, rest in black in chancery hand. Several pages are decorated in water color, the first page with the imperial coat of arms and the coats of arms of the provinces. Other pages have scroll decorations. Page five has the coat of arms. Silver box has the imperial coat of arms in silver in relief. Inside is the imperial seal in red wax. There are two gilt tassels.
