Detailed, ornate engraving on buff paper. On one face in blue ink with brown accents a large cartouche composed of leaf elements, the number "5" and the imperial eagle enclosing text. On the other face in brown, blue and green ink, the imperial eagle enclosed in ermine border with crown at top and crossed swords at bottom over cartouche enclosing text and the number "5" in each corner.
