Small rectangular dome-shaped panel. In the center figure of St. Alexis is shown full-length in 3/4 view. He is holding a book in his left hand. His right hand is raised in the gesture of prayer. Figure of St. Alexis is painted in soft tones of amber, gold and brown colors. Background is painted in mellow ivory color. Traces of original gold leaf are visible on the painted figure, background as well as on the elevated border.
