About this object

An off white linen sheet set consisting of a sheet and 4 pillow cases. The design on all is of self-applique, drawnwork and white embroidery with large tulip motifs. In the center top of all pieces is the embroidered Davies coat of arms. The top and sides of all pieces have lace combining bobbin made tape scrolling motifs with needle lace grounds and fillings. The sheet cuff lace is 6 1/4 inches deep. The three large pillow cases has lace 3 7/8 inches deep and the small pillow case has lace 2 3/8 inches.
