An ecru pillow cover in a "patchwork" of machine made Alencon "lingerie" lace. The overall center design is of a diamond made up of two triangles divided by a net ground. There are four rectangles framing the diamond. Two of the rectangles are designed of four interconnected circles that have within them leaves and berries. The other two rectangles are designed of rose lace. Framing the rectangles four triangles of a rose pattern lace. The hem for the case is scalloped roses. The case has a net backing. There are three white buttons on the netting opening opposite three crochet loops for buttoning.
