The ecru bandeau slip tops of Point de Paris bobbin lace. The design of the center of the panel is a floral spray with flanking pheasants. The back design is of a floral spray. The front panel is joined to the back. The straps for .1 and .2 are narrow Point de Paris insertion. .3 is similar but more narrow.
