An ecru flounce of Brussels "Angleterre" lace of mixed bobbin motifs with needle lace fillings and ground. There are extensive fillings and raised perles. The design is of scrolls with flowers. The pattern is a repeat every eight inches. The top has an attachment area in bobbin lace. This flounce has original ends.
