About this object
A white almost square linen tablecloth. The design in corners and center of the cloth is in a 'mosaic' drawnwork of leaves and scrolls. There are tiny blue embroidered flowers and areas of pulled work in a staggered diamond design that surround the major design.The outer edge is plain except for two triangular lace inserts in the center of each side. The center has a square of lace with a leaf design within which is another square of linen turned crossways from the outer square. Inside the linen square is anothere square of lace.
