The apron is edged on the sides and bottom with a band with a rinceau and at the top with a basket weave pattern. On a gold brocade ground is embroidered around the sides and bottom, carnations and roses and leaves, lilac sprays and two blue flowers. At the bottom is a wide gold fringe hanging from raised rosettes. Lined with yellow silk.
