Deep green silk velvet cross form with gold metal wound thread fringe. Center square to fit over mouth of chalice embroidered with gold thread cross, with couched silver thread in lattice form within padded square border. Each drop panel embroidered with floriated cluster of two leaves of padded crinkle thread. Stems to match two flowers and three buds executed in crinkle gold thread. Lined with bright yellow silk.
