In the center within a yellow lozenge is a rectangular panel with a white dragon on a whitish ground. Above and below this are a pinkish medallion on either side with whitish fantastic birds on either side of an urn. On the other two sides are pairs of mermaids. Scattered over the whitish ground are pink roses. The border is outlined in yellow with a series of rectangles alternately with a rosette in a yellow lozenge against a pale blue ground and the alternate with a whitish sign of the Zodiac on a bluish ground. There is a leaf border on three sides.
