The balls are cut to open. Each forms a triptych or diptych carved with some pseudo-historical scene. This roundel contains a battle scene in a diptych. They are wearing possibly Spanish 15-16th century armor. In the left side are two soldiers on horseback who charge forward with their spears. On the right are two more men in armor who also charge forward.
