The combination roll top desk and cabinet is made in the Adam style. The cabinet sits on top of the desk. At the top of the cabinet is a broken pediment with rosettes. It has two glass doors and is fitted with two glass shelves. The doors have an urn shaped tracery on the front. It is lined with mirror glass and at the base has two shallow drawers. The desk has a roll top. The interior is fitted with shallow drawers and cubby holes. There are four drawers below which extend the full width of the desk. They are painted with swags and garlands.
