About this object

Drop front fitted inside with pigeon holes and six little shaped drawers. Below are two small drawers and one large one. The long rectangular surface at the top is plain. Over all other surfaces, ornate carving of leaf scrolls. In center of the drop front is a carving of a lion head. At front corners of the desk are lion heads with open mouths. Four cabriole legs with lion paw feet. There are carved acanthus leaves on the knees of the front legs.
