Rectangular backs have a frame enclosing criss crossed slats. Frame for the seat has gadrooning in the Loius XVI manner and rosettes at the corners. Tapering legs have a band of reeding. Chairs are painted a Russian blue grey with flowers and details in gold. Painting has been renewed in places.
