About this object
Louis XV style; frame in painted and gilt wood; vines of flowers and leaves carved in the round, draped over top; at top of center panel a clock marked "Sessions" flanked by winged putti in gilt wood. Upper part of panels in glass with putti and foliage in painted plaster affixed to the glass. Vase in carved gilt wood in center mirrored panel. Lower panels covered in pale blue silk brocade.
