Part of service for yacht, Queen Victoria. Border is dark blue outlined in gold and interrupted by cartouches, outlined in gold. Rest of plate is white except for the imperial double headed eagle in black, and the crown in red and gold and a red banderole with The Queen Victoria in English. Copies the Minton plate.
