About this object

The green rectangular plaque has a scene depicted upon it. It shows the figure of a semi nude female in the center surrounded by three winged putti. She holds in her upraised left arm a floating drapery. The scene is colored white and is low relief. Beneath her feet, on a dark green ground, is a large shell, a dolphin and waves also in low relief. It is set in a carved wooden frame set with a green painted mat.
