The plates have a shaped outer edge which is gold. The rim background is cream colored. It has a series of gold wreaths centering a gold medallion along the rim which each wreath linked to the other with a bell flower motif. There is an elaborate inner border in gold. The center contains the monogram of C.W. Post.
