A dinner plate with a white ground. Around the edge is a gold band and within the outer edge is a series of five pointed stars. In the center is a picture of Government House 1790. This is surrounded by a gold edge. The government house is in the center. It has high columns in the front. It sits on a corner with a street on each side. There are people walking and on carriages around the house.
