About this object
The statuette represents a young woman. She is standing and her right arm is resting on the open lid of a rectangular empty tan wicker basket. This rests on a leaf and flower covered pedestal. She wears a pink bodice and overskirt, a white apron and white underskirt with purple and orange flowers. On the rococo base are flowers and leaves in relief and scrolls touched with red and pale blue. A white dog with brown spots sits at the base of the pedestal.
