About this object
Plate is square with rounded corners. Central medallion with a bouquet of violettas on a gold ground. Surrounding this is a border of palmettes against a white ground and then a rinceau of violettas against gold. Raised edge has a scroll in gold against white and green and pink motifs in the corners. Edge is gilded.
