About this object

The brown haired, pink-cheeked huntsman is seated on a tree stump leaning his head on his proper right hand in a posture of weariness or boredom. He wears a brown hooded cloak with hood covering his head. The coat is trimmed with blue cuffs edged in gilt and hems edged in gilt. The cuff of his shirtsleeve, visible only on his proper right wrist, is entirely gilded as is the knotted sash belting his coat is also entirely gilded. The tip of his pointed hood has also been gilded. His trousers are raspberry colored and tucked into white leggings with red and green stripes. He wears square-toed, slipper-like shoes with tiny gold buttons or knots on the top. His rifle is painted brown and green with gilt details and rests between his legs. The plinth and tree stump are mottled in color.
