About this object

Footed cup has on the front a medallion with a pastoral scene. This has a gold border. Around the bowl is a series of classical motifs in gold on a royal blue ground. The elaborate gold handle has a mark of a woman within the curve. The saucer has similar classical motifs on a royal blue ground.
