About this object
Cup has dark blue glaze and gold rim. There is an oval miniature on the front framed in gold and roses. It is a view of the Church of St. Basil in Red Square of Moscow. Saucer has a gold star in center against white and a border in dark blue outlined in gold. On it are two miniatures with Russian architectural/church scenes and frames like those on cup.
