In the center on white is a vignette of Ganymede and the eagle sorrounded by six sprays of flowers, each within a curve of a looped turquoise-blue ribbon. The space between the ribbon and the rim is filled with gilt oeil de perdrix on white. The turqoise-blue rim has three oval panels reserved in white, each with a spray of flowers. Between them are rococo scrolls in gold.
