The ground is turquoise-blue; on the outer face of each section is an oval panel reserved in white, each containing a single exotic bird flying; the interior of each section is painted with three sprays of flowers on white; the handles are formed of three twigs tied together with turquoise ribbons knotted at the top to form a finial.
