The ground is turquoise blue, on the outer face of each section is an oval panel reserved in white, each containing a single exotic bird flying, the interior of each section is painted with three sprays of flowers on white, the handles are formed of three twigs tied together with turquoise ribbons knotted at the top to form a finial.
