The ground is green; the sugar bowl has a domed lid, a flaring lip and two ring-shaped handles; on each side is an oval panel reserved in white containing a coat of arms with two griffins flanking a shield with a cross, all supported by a bracket; the bowl has an elaborate pedestal base resting on four lion mask and paw feet ; bands of pink roses on white appear on the lid and on the base.
