In the center of the plate is a landscape with a castle painted in monochrome brown, labeled in German script "Ansicht von Fischorn"; the rim is decorated in raised white paste on gold with four pairs of putti holding arrows and the ends of swags, above each of which is a head flanked by wings; between each pair of putti is an urn on a pedestal; under the rim is a scattering of gold bees.
