The ground is turquoise-blue. The cover is domed and topped by a gold pine cone; the lip of each vase has a band of raised white ovals and circles, outlined in gold; on the body are four raised shaped panels as if suspended by white looped ropes attached to rings on brackets; the arched panels topped by garlands of oak leaves and white ribbon bows; at the top of the stem is a ring of white pearls; around the base is a wreath of laurel; one panel contains a scene of a girl resting on a bench, and a youth contemplating her, and Falconet's statue of a cupid in the background, two have clusters of flowers and fruit, and the fourth has three interlaced wreaths. .3 shows woman sitting
