Below this is a delicate gilded decoration of scrolls, leaves, flowers and lattice work is painted. A thin gold band separates this from the shoulders, on which eight massive rounded forms are cut. (One on each facet.) On the underside of each is a flower with leaves is painted in natural colors in enamel. (Every other flower is a pink rose.) About the middle the faceted body is a band of white, pink, and blue flowers and leaves. Narrow and wide gilt bands about the body complete the decoration. The lowest portion is again cut with eight massive rounded forms and the base is cut in a star pattern. Stopper does not seem to match. It is cut to resemble a cascading fountain with a channeled neck. On the top is a eight point gilt star with a tiny swirling, continuous line between.
