Gilt metal plinth is in two levels. Gilt metal base for glass is pedestal shaped with ribbing on the upper and lower section. Glass portion has a diamond pattern in the center. Lower section has alternate plain and diamond cut oval medallions. Upper section has vertical ribbing.
