Glass is in two layers, outer one is royal blue and inner one is in colorless glass-glass is cut so that blue forms the background when the outer blue glass is cut through. Body of bottle is cut with various patterns of stars, palmettes, mandorlas. Base is cut with a star. Stopper has a star on top and star and diamond pattern around it.
