About this object
Goblet is made of blue and colorless cased glass. Bowl is dark blue, except on the lower portion where there are spoon like clear glass sections. On one side is a somewhat poorly engraved monogram of Alexander I with the imperial crown, and on the other the imperial eagle and 1814. May have been decorated to celebrate the taking of Paris. Polygonal stem and square base are in clear glass.
