About this object

The ink bottle is made from colorless glass that encases Millefiori canes. The bottle is clear glass except for the canes which are in the bottom of the stopper and the bottle. The canes are in many colors, predominantly red, white, pink and blue with touches of yellow. The bottle has a stopper that is shaped like a sphere with a flattened bottom. The bottle is shaped like half a sphere with a stem on the top in which the stopper rests.
