About this object

A dish in the Tulip and Acanthus Leaf pattern. In the center is a four pointed star within a four leaf motif, around which are eight small acanthus leaf finials on a stippled background. The dish rests on a cable cord rim. Around the rim are four double leaf motifs with the same acanthus finial between the leaves, all on a small dotted stippled background. It has a scalloped edge with a scalloped design.
