In the center of the cup plate is a crude bust of a man facing left. He is identified as President William Harrison. There is an inscription around the bust and a border of stars. The outer border has a series of swags that form a scalloped design. At the top and bottom are panels with inscriptions. The edge is slightly scalloped.
