About this object

Around the main section of the sugar bowl are interlaced pointed ovals which in turn form smaller pointed ovals. The pedestal foot is ribbed underneath but clear in the stem. The cover is ribbed on the sides and has a diamond pattern around the lower edge. It has a tall handle ending in a large oval knop.
